KEL is committed to servicing our clients with quality computer service
at a reasonable cost. We offer a wide variety of services to suit the
needs of your personal computer your company and budget.
Some of
our service offerings include:
On Site
Service Agreements
Customers that require a high level of support can attain this by getting
an onsite service agreement that will cover all their equipment under
one contract. This agreement can be for 8 hours a day 5 days a week
or customers with critical support can get an agreement that will cover
their equipment 24 hours a day 7 day a week. Parts, labor, travel, phone
support and one cleaning are included with four to eight hour on site
response provided with the annual on-site maintenance agreement. Critical
server or "network down requests" receive immediate phone
support with a technician arriving within a two to four hour timeframe.
KEL will also assist the customer with operating system problems as
part of this agreement. One to three year agreements are priced individually
and are based on actual equipment configuration and volume. Contact

Carry-In
Service Agreements
KEL offers customers that would prefer to bring the equipment to our
service location a reduced carry in agreement. The depot agreement includes
parts, labor, and one cleaning with a one-business day turnaround from
time of receipt. No loaner equipment is offered. This is an annual agreement
and is based on actual equipment and volume.
Time and
Material Service
Billable service on a per incident basis is available either on-site
or carry-in. On-site service is usually available same day depending
on the volume of contract calls. Current labor rates and parts are priced
competitively with a travel charge based on distance from the service
center. Carry-in service is on a first come first basis and usually
completed within 3 to 5 business days. Same day EXPEDITE services is
available if requested at a higher rate. KEL will call the customer
with a quote of costs before any repair is made. If the customer decides
the repair cost exceeds the equipment value they may decline the repair
and only pay a bench/diagnostic fee.
Block of
Time
In today's economy controlling costs is essential for all business.
KEL offers a flexible way to handle costs for a changing network environment.
Block Time is multiple hours of labor that are offered at a discounted
rate based on the needs of the customer. On-site and carry-in labor
for repairs or support can be purchased in advance at reduced prices.
This labor remains in inventory to be applied as needed. Service requests
can be scheduled in advance to coordinate the needs of the customer.
Warranty
Upgrade
Need better response for your critical components? KEL will upgrade
your manufacturers warranty to provide a dedicated response time on-site.
This service becomes our on-site maintenance agreement that receives
our highest level of attention and is discounted to reflect the warranty
that comes with the product.
